Speed and Agility Training Camp
PlaySmart partnered with Andre Hudson, a top Florida-based trainer to provide young athletes an opportunity to train as professionals, using the latest techniques and state of the art equipment. This 8-week camp consisted of 24 sessions (3 per week), with approximately 30 of the top high school athletes in Saint Petersburg, FL, in attendance. In addition to exceptional athletic conditionining, the program was designed to promote a healthy diet, encourage personal discipline and foster a sense of community, with all participants required to perform several days of community service as part of their camp program.
