| University of New Orleans Basketball Camp PlaySmart sent 4 girls to the University of New Orleans Women’s Basketball Camp in the Summer of 2003. In addition to the basketball camp, the girls attended 3 life skills sessions designed by PlaySmart and conducted by UNO student-athletes. We had more girls participate in 2002 and hope to get the numbers up again when we do this again in 2004! The girls immensely enjoyed the camp and would not have been able to attend without PlaySmart’s sponsorship and logistical support.
