PlaySmart Eagles Baseball Team Play Smart is excited to announce that we have sponsored our first baseball team! The team, named the “ Play Smart Eagles ” was comprised of high school kids from the Omaha, Nebraska, area. The Eagles participated in the Omaha Area American Legion Baseball League. The team was a summer league team that needed PlaySmart ’s financial support to participate in the league. While the Eagles didn’t win their league championship, they did have a successful summer, winning more games than they lost! In the process, the players were able to develop athletically, build friendships and channel their energies in a positive pursuit. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Play Smart Eagles and providing this opportunity for players in years to come.
